Your unique coaching toolkit
By combining ILM’s comprehensive coaching framework with practical models and techniques supported by neuroscience, we equip coaches to move beyond theory and master the mechanisms of coaching:
- Work with Threat & Reward: Recognise and navigate the brain’s fundamental threat/reward responses to reduce defensiveness and build trust in the coaching relationship, enabling you to go deeper.
- Engage the Thinking Brain: Utilise language and questioning techniques that bypass emotional triggers and engage higher cognitive function, leading to deeper insights.
- Create Lasting Change: Align coaching strategies with how habits are formed in the brain, helping clients create sustainable behavioural changes.
